Shooting portraits is an amusing way to meet people, often with unexpected results. Either formal or not, the portrait makes us naked, and before the camera there is always some surprise. At the end, it is the subject who decides how he/she wants to look like, though often he/she is not aware of this. The photographer is there to grasp the (fleeting) moment. And he must be ready to do it.
